- Armored & Vault Transit (Brink’s / Malca-Amit): Available upon special request for high-value collector gems, private museum acquisitions, and multi-stone commercial parcels exceeding standard courier limits.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
We understand the excitement of receiving your gemstone. Every shipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection, weight verification, and secure vault packing prior to dispatch:
- In-Stock Single Gemstones: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation and export paperwork generation.
- Laboratory Certification Upgrades: If an optional independent certification (GIA, GRS, Lotus, or AIGS) is requested prior to delivery, dispatch occurs within 5–7 business days to allow comprehensive gemological analysis.
- Bespoke Jewelry & Setting Commissions: Timeline agreed individually with client upon CAD rendering approval (typically 2–3 weeks).

4. Packaging, Security & Insurance
- 100% Comprehensive In-Transit Insurance: Every parcel is fully insured against theft, loss, or damage from the moment it leaves our vault until physical delivery is signed for by the recipient.
- Discreet Outer Packaging: For maximum transit security, shipping cartons bear no mention of “gemstones”, “jewelry”, “diamonds”, or luxury contents on exterior labels.
- Serialized Tamper-Evident Seals: Stones are sealed in specialized, numbered tamper-proof containers to guarantee that your gemstone arrives untouched and in mint state.
- Adult Signature Required: Delivery requires a direct signature from an authorized adult at the designated delivery address. Couriers will not leave packages unattended at doorsteps or mailboxes.
5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped with official commercial invoices and export declarations (HS Code 7103 for worked natural precious and semi-precious gemstones):
- Applicable import duties, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), and local customs brokerage fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.
- DHL and FedEx provide direct customs clearance coordination and will contact the recipient via email/SMS with convenient online payment options for local duties.
- Our logistics team provides all necessary gemological documentation, certificates of origin, and invoices to facilitate swift customs clearance.
